摘 要:目前热轧加热炉基本配备了较大视场的内窥式高温工业电视,作为监测炉内板坯运行情况的重要手段,能够有效地提高加热炉自动化程度、减少操作维护量,随着高温工业电视功能的越来越增强,图像识别技术的发展,工业电视能够承担的作用越来越多,也可以扩展很多其他用途。尝试利用现有最新的工业电视监控系统,在进行合理的改造基础上,扩展加热炉高温工业电视用途,通过引入相应的图像识别新的算法,利用新的算法采集数据,并经过采集视图进行现场火情检测的实践,测试出能够有效地识别火焰面积大小,证明新的算法可以增加现有工业电视对火焰燃烧的监控功能,确认了该方法在进行加热炉区域燃烧监控的有效性,能够对加热炉实行更加有效的监控。At present,most hot rolling heating furnaces are equipped with large field of view endoscopic high-temperature industrial televisions.As an important means of monitoring the operation of the slab in the furnace,it can effectively improve the automation level of the heating furnace and reduce the amount of operation and maintenance.With the increasing strength of high-temperature industrial televisions and the development of image recognition technology,industrial televisions can play more and more roles and can also be extended to many other uses.It attempts to utilize the latest industrial television monitoring system and expand the use of high-temperature industrial television in heating furnaces through reasonable transformation.By introducing corresponding new image recognition algorithms,data is collected using new algorithms,and through the practice of on-site fire detection through the collection of views,it is tested that it can effectively identify the size of flame area,it has been proven that the new algorithm can enhance the monitoring function of existing industrial television for flame combustion,confirming the effectiveness of this method in monitoring combustion in the heating furnace area and enabling more effective monitoring of the heating furnace.
