摘  要:针对东胜气田气井油管外壁严重腐蚀问题,综合运用化学分析及气井生产动态分析方法,明确了腐蚀机理为氧去极化腐蚀,氧气来源于膜制氮气举气体。频繁气举井积液速度快,环空形成高温高压含氧含水密闭空间,造成油管外壁严重腐蚀。基于高温高压室内挂片实验明确了氧去极化腐蚀规律,并从改善腐蚀环境、药剂防护、管材升级优化等方面提出了腐蚀防护对策。In view of the serious corrosion of the outer wall of the tubing in the Dongsheng gas field,the corrosion mechanism is defined as oxygen depolarization corrosion,and oxygen comes from membrane nitrogen gas lifting by comprehensive chemical analysis and gas well production dynamic analysis.The high speed of liquid accumulation in frequent gas lift Wells leads to the formation of high temperature and high pressure enclosed space containing oxygen and water in the annulus,resulting in serious corrosion of the outer wall of the tubing.The law of oxygen depolarization corrosion is defined based on the high temperature and high pressure test,and the corrosion protection measures are put forward from the aspects of improving corrosion environment,chemical protection,pipe upgrading and optimization.
