摘  要:目前凝汽器检漏技术普遍存在取样代表性差、取样连续性差、水质检测连续性差,没有分析诊断结果以及无法实现在线查漏等问题,导致凝汽器检漏装置无法起到应有的保护作用,许多电厂的凝汽器检漏装置已经废弃,为此开发了凝汽器泄漏管束智能诊断和泄漏管排精准定位技术,解决现有凝汽器检漏技术存在的问题。新技术的应用结果表明:新技术能够实时、在线、准确诊断凝汽器换热管是否存在泄漏并给出发生泄漏的凝汽器管束名称以及泄漏量、泄漏孔等效直径等关键诊断信息;新技术能够在线给出泄漏管的高度位置和管排排数,并将泄漏管的位置直观地显示在凝汽器管板图上。Currently,there are common problems in condenser leak detection technology,such as poor representativeness of sampling,poor continuity of sampling,poor continuity of water quality detection,lack of analysis and diagnosis results,and inability to achieve online leak detection.As a result,condenser leak detection devices cannot provide the necessary protection.Many power plant condenser leak detection devices have been abandoned.Therefore,intelligent diagnosis of condenser leak tube bundles and precise positioning technology of leak tube bundles have been developed to solve the problems existing in condenser leak detection technology.The application results of the new technology indicate that it can diagnose whether there is leakage in the heat exchange tubes of the condenser in real time,online,and accurately,and provide key diagnostic information such as the name of the condenser tube bundle where the leakage occurred,the leakage amount,and the equivalent diameter of the leakage hole;The new technology can provide online information on the height,position,and number of pipe rows of the leaking pipe,and visually display the position of the leaking pipe on the condenser tube plate diagram.
