摘　　要：目的评价2020年吉林省乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)血清流行特征。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法,2020年抽取吉林省1~69岁人群1667人,开展现场乙肝流行病学调查,并采集血清标本,利用ELISA法检测乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)表面抗原(HBsAg)、HBV表面抗体(HBsAb)、HBV核心抗体(HBcAb),HBV E抗原(HBeAg)和HBV E抗体(HBeAb),应用全国流行病学动态数据采集平台,SPSS 18.0软件进行数据分析。结果2020年调查的各年龄组乙肝疫苗接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=810.48,P<0.05)。2020年吉林省1~69岁人群HBsAg携带率为0.96%,HBsAb阳性率为59.99%,HBV感染率为15.66%,HBeAb阳性率为7.02%,HBeAg阳性率为0.18%。结论2020年吉林省HBV感染标志物各项指标良好,应继续保持人群的高接种率,同时应加强成人乙肝疫苗接种,降低成人的感染风险。Objective To assess the epidemic characteristics of serum of viral hepatitis type B(hepatitis B for short)infec-tion in Jilin Province in 2020.Methods In 2020,1667 people ranging in age from 1 to 69 years in Jilin Province were selected by using multi-stage random sampling method for field epidemiological investigation of hepatitis B.The serum samples were collected and detected for the hepatitis B virus(HBV)surface antigen(HBsAg),HBV surface antibody(HBsAb),HBV core antibody(HBcAb),HBV E antigen(HBeAg)and HBV E antibody(HBeAb)by ELISA,and the data were analyzed by the national epidemiological dynamic data collection platform,SPSS 18.0 software.Results There were significant differences in hepatitis B vaccination rates across age groups surveyed in 2020(X=810.48,P<0.05).In 2020,the HBsAg carrying rate,HBsAb positive rate,HBV infection rate,HBeAb positive rate and HBeAg positive rate of people at the age of 1-69 years in Jilin Province were 0.96%,59.99%,15.66%,7.02%and 0.18%,respectively.Conclusion In 2020,the indicators of HBV infection in Jilin Province were good,and the high vaccination rate of people should continue to be maintained,and the vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine for adults should be strengthened to reduce the risk of infection in these susceptible groups.
