摘　　要：目的:探讨壮医药熨疗法、五音疗法及其联合疗法对慢阻肺稳定期老年失眠患者睡眠质量、生活质量、肺功能的干预效果。方法:按照随机对照临床试验研究方法,将140例研究对象随机分为对照组、壮医药熨组、五音组和联合组(壮医药熨联合五音疗法组),每组各35例。比较四组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(Insomnia Severity Index,ISI)、COPD患者生存质量自我评估测试(COPD assessment test,CAT)和肺功能(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%)结果。结果:干预后联合组患者的睡眠质量、生活质量和肺功能指标改善效果优于其余三组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药熨联合五音疗法改善慢阻肺稳定期老年失眠患者睡眠质量、生活质量和肺功能指标效果明显,值得在临床实践中进一步总结和推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of the medical hot package therapy of Zhuang medicine,the five-tone therapy and their combined therapy on sleep quality,quality of life and lung function of elderly insomnia patients in COPD stable period.Methods:According to the randomized controlled clinical trial,140 subjects were randomly divided into control group,medical hot package therapy of Zhuang medicine group,five-tone group and the combined group(medical hot package therapy of Zhuang medicine combined with five-tone therapy)with 35 cases.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),insomnia Severity Index(ISI),self-assessment of quality of life in COPD patients(CAT),and pulmonary function examination(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%)were used to evaluate the effects of the intervention.Results:After intervention,the improvement of sleep quality,quality of life and lung function indexes in the combined group was better than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical hot package therapy of Zhuang medicine combined with five-tone therapy can improve sleep quality,quality of life and lung function of elderly insomnia patients with COPD stable period,which is worthy of further summary and promotion in clinical practice.
