摘　　要：研究目的:从供地结构、价格和方式三维视角明晰土地供应行为对新质生产力发展的影响,为土地资源优化配置赋能新质生产力发展提供经验证据。研究方法:固定效应模型和门槛效应模型。研究结果:(1)全国层面上,供地结构的工业用地偏向和供地方式的市场化对新质生产力发展具有正向影响,供地价格的扭曲对新质生产力发展具有负向影响,上述影响均存在时间滞后特征。(2)区域层面上,东部地区供地方式的影响不显著,供地结构的影响与全国层面相反,即工业用地供应偏向对新质生产力发展具有抑制作用。中西部地区土地供应行为三个维度的影响均与全国层面一致,但相对于东部地区而言影响效应更大,时间滞后性更强。(3)门槛效应上,土地供应行为对于新质生产力发展的影响呈现非线性特征,且在供地结构维度尤为凸显。随着经济发展水平跨过第二门槛值,工业用地供应偏向所发挥的影响由正转负。研究结论:应通过深化土地要素市场化配置改革,因地制宜优化土地供应结构,减轻土地价格扭曲以及推进制度联动改革来发挥土地要素支持新质生产力发展的积极作用。The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of land supply behavior on the development of new quality productivity from a three-dimensional perspective of supply structure,price and mode,to provide empirical evidence for empowering the development of new quality productivity through optimized allocation of land resources.The research methods include fixed effect model and threshold effect model.The research results show that:1)at the national level,the industrial land bias in land supply structure and the marketization in land supply mode have a positive impact on the development of new quality productivity,while the distortion of land supply price has a negative impact,and these impacts exhibit temporal lag characteristics.2)At the regional level,the impact of land supply mode in the eastern region is not significant,and the impact of land supply structure is opposite to that at the national level.Specifically,the bias in industrial land supply has an inhibitory effect on the development of new quality productivity.The three-dimensional land supply behavior in the central and western regions has the consistent impact with the national level,but the effects are relatively larger and exhibit stronger temporal lag compared to the eastern region.3)Regarding threshold effects,the impact of land supply behavior on the development of new quality productivity demonstrates nonlinear characteristics,particularly pronounced in the dimension of land supply structure.As the economic development level crosses the second threshold value,the impact exerted by the bias in industrial land supply changes from positive to negative.In conclusion,to leverage the positive role of land elements in supporting the development of new quality productivity,the efforts should be made to deepen the market-oriented allocation of land elements,to optimize land supply structure according to local conditions,to alleviate land price distortions,and to promote institutional reforms in a coordinated manner.
