摘 要:为探究餐厨垃圾的产生源分布特征,以福州市主城区为研究对象,通过标准差椭圆(SDE)及核密度分析(KED),研究福州市餐馆分布情况及与其相应的垃圾产生量。结果表明:餐饮业分布与其地势特征一致,均为西北—东南分布格局,空间分布极不均衡,相对应的餐厨垃圾产生量分布也不均衡,主要分布在鼓楼区与台江区的东二环泰禾广场、台江万达广场附近。研究结果可为管理者合理优化收运路线、减少收运费用提供基础支撑。In order to explore the distribution characteristics of food waste generation,this paper took the main urban area of Fuzhou City as the research object,and studied the distribution of restaurants in Fuzhou City and the corresponding waste generation volume through standard deviation ellipse(SDE)and kernel density analysis(KED).The results showed that the distribution of catering industry is consistent with its topographic characteristics,both are northwest-southeast distribution pattern,the spatial distribution is very uneven,and the corresponding distribution of food waste generation is also uneven,mainly distributed near Taihe Plaza and Taijiang Wanda Plaza of the East Second Ring Road in Gulou District and Taijiang District.The research results can provide basic support for managers to reasonably optimize the collection route and reduce the collection and transportation costs.
