摘 要:为了提升沥青混凝土超薄磨耗层的服役性能,研究向环氧树脂分子结构中接枝聚氨酯柔性链段制得聚氨酯改性环氧树脂(PU-EP),以PU-EP、固化剂、相容剂、基质沥青为原材料制备高性能双组份PU-EP改性沥青。通过试验对比分析了分别以PU-EP改性沥青、环氧沥青和SBS改性沥青为胶结料的SMA-10超薄磨耗层路用性能(3种磨耗层依次记为UFC_(PU-EP)、UFC_(EP)与UFC_(SBS))。试验结果表明,UFCPU-EP具有最佳的高温稳定性、水稳定性与黏结性,抗疲劳性及低温抗裂性略低于UFC_(SBS),但远大于UFC_(EP)。综上,研究制得的PU-EP改性沥青超薄磨耗层具备优良的路用性能。To improve the service performance of asphalt concrete ultra-thin friction course,the polyurethane-modified epoxy resin(PU-EP)was produced by grafting the polyurethane flexible chain segment into the molecular structure of epoxy resins,and the high-performance two-component PU-EP modified asphalt was prepared using raw materials of PU-EP,curing agent,compatibilizer,and matrix asphalt.This paper compared and analyzed the road performance of three types of SMA-10 ultra-thin friction courses,UFC_(PU-EP),UFC_(EP),and UFC_(SBS),with PU-EP modified asphalt,epoxy resin asphalt,and SBS-modified asphalt as binders,respectively.The test results indicated that the UFC_(PU-EP)showed the optimum high-temperature stability,water stability,and cohesiveness.However,its fatigue resistance and low-temperature cracking resistance were slightly lower than those of UFC_(SBS),but much higher than those of UFC_(EP).Overall,the PU-EP modified asphalt ultra-thin friction course prepared in this paper has excellent road performance.
