摘 要:针对现有无损检测方法难以准确检测包覆区承力索绞线结构损伤的问题,设计一种承力索可调节力压电式阵列超声导波传感器,并应用于包覆区承力索的外层股线损伤检测。基于螺旋坐标系求解超声导波在螺旋曲杆结构中的频散曲线分析其传播特性;基于模块化理念研制压电式超声导波传感模块、可调节力式压紧基座模块和探头校准模块;分析不同检测接触力对检测首波信号幅值的影响;最后搭建试验平台验证可调节力压电式阵列超声导波传感器对包覆区承力索绞线结构的外层股线损伤检测效果。结果表明,0~200 kHz范围内的L(0,1)模态、300~500 N的检测接触力具有较好的检测效果;反射端检测信号可判断检测区域内锚结夹包覆的断股情况并定位损伤位置,损伤定位误差可达0.38%。For the existing non-destructive testing methods are difficult to accurately detect the damage of messenger cable in anchor clamp zone,a novel adjustable-force piezoelectric array ultrasonic guided waves sensor is designed,and applied to the damage detection of the outer strand of the messenger cable in the cladding area.Firstly,the ultrasonic guided waves propagation characteristics was analyzed by solving the dispersion curve of helical curved rod structure based on helical coordinate system.Secondly,the piezoelectric ultrasonic guided waves sensing module,the adjustable force pressing base module and the probe calibration module were developed.Thirdly,the influence of detection contact forces on the amplitude of the first wave was analyzed.Finally,an experimental platform was built and the damage detection effect of the adjustable force piezoelectric array ultrasonic guided waves sensor for the outer strand of messenger cable in anchor clamp zone was verified.The results show that the L(0,1)mode guide waves in the range of 0-200 kHz and the detection contact force of 300-500 N have better detection effect.The reflection signal has a great detection and localization ability for broken strand of messenger cable in anchor clamp zone,and the damage location error can reach 0.38%.
