摘  要:在深海钻探中,钻探零部件承受海水钻井液的侵蚀,OH-和Cl-等腐蚀介质使其服役环境十分苛刻,影响钻进效率甚至设备安全,因此在钻探零部件表面进行防护具有十分重要的意义。高熵合金被视为耐蚀性材料的新发展方向,在再制造工程领域有广泛的应用前景。采用冷喷涂(Cold spray, CS)和超音速火焰喷涂(High velocity oxy-fuel, HVOF)制备的FeCoCrNiMn高熵合金涂层以模拟海水钻井液为介质,连续浸泡(15 d、30 d、45 d),探究两种涂层在不同浸泡时间的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,CS涂层相对于HVOF涂层表现出了更大的阻抗值和更小的电子传递速率。Cr在合金表面可以形成一层以Cr_(2)O_(3)为基础的保护性钝化膜,呈现出较优的钝化性能。浸泡45d的CS和HVOF涂层表面均有Cl元素富集的点蚀出现,随着浸泡时间的延长,点蚀区域可能剥落造成涂层内部的缝隙腐蚀。所以,CS涂层和HVOF涂层均可以在深海钻探中对钻探零部件起到防护作用,对比得出CS涂层的耐腐蚀性能优于HVOF涂层。In deep-sea drilling,drilling parts are subjected to the erosion of seawater drilling fluid.Corrosion media such as OH-and Cl-make their service environment very harsh,affecting drilling efficiency and even equipment safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to protect the surface of drilling parts.High entropy alloy is regarded as a new development direction of corrosion resistance materials and has a wide application prospect in remanufacturing engineering.FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy coatings prepared by CS and HVOF were immersed continuously(15d,30d and 45d)in simulated seawater drilling fluid.The corrosion resistance of the two coatings at different immersion time is investigated.The results show that CS coating exhibits higher impedance and lower electron transfer rate than HVOF coating.Cr can form a protective passivation film based on Cr_(2)O_(3) on the surface of the alloy,showing a better passivation performance.Cl element enriched pitting appeared on CS and HVOF coating surfaces after soaking for 45 days.With the extension of soaking time,the possible pitting area may peel off,resulting in gap corrosion inside the coating.Therefore,both CS coating and HVOF coating can protect the drilling parts in deep sea drilling.The corrosion resistance of CS coating is better than that of HVOF coating.
