摘 要:体温是人体一项重要的生理指标,体温检测是人体健康状况筛查的基本手段。在传染性疾病大流行期间,高效快速的非接触式体温检测显得尤为重要。基于STM32主控芯片,采用红外传感器MLX90614以及超声波传感器HCSR04设计一款非接触式红外体温检测系统。通过HC-SR04控制待测目标距离,通过MLX90614采集目标表面温度数据,经微处理器处理转换后,由交互模块输出。当目标距离超出最佳范围或者是目标温度高于设定健康温度阈值时,蜂鸣器发出报警提示。通过与传统水银温度计及商用红外测温仪的对比测试,验证了该设计可以快速、准确检测人体体温。Body temperature is an important physiological indicator of the human body,and body temperature detection is a basic means for screening human health status.During the pandemic of infectious diseases,efficient and rapid non-contact body temperature detection is particularly important.Based on the STM32 main control chip,a non-contact infrared body temperature detection system is designed using an infrared sensor MLX90614 and an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04.It controls the distance of the target to be tested through HC-SR04,collects surface temperature data of the target through MLX90614,processes and converts it by the microprocessor,and outputs it by the interaction module.When the target distance exceeds the optimal range or the target temperature exceeds the set healthy temperature threshold,the buzzer will sound an alarm prompt.Through comparative testing with traditional mercury thermometers and commercial infrared thermometers,it has been verified that the designed system can quickly and accurately detect human body temperature.
