摘 要:在高频电子线路的教学中引入工程实践辅助教学,设计仿真及实物演示,从而大大提升学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生的工程实践技能和创新能力。通过创新教学手段和教学方法,在使学生扎实掌握基本理论的基础上,提高课堂教学效果。文章论述了低噪声放大器的主要技术指标,对电路设计中的诸多要点进行了分析,通过在高频电子线路课程教学中引入ADS射频电路仿真软件进行低噪放的模拟和优化,最终实现了三级低噪声放大器的研制。通过电路调试,达到了预定的技术指标,成功实现了高性能、小尺寸、低噪声放大器的建设目标。This paper introduces engineering practice auxiliary teaching in the teaching of high-frequency electronic circuits,designs simulation and physical demonstrations so as to greatly enhance students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and enhance their engineering practice skills and innovation abilities.By innovating teaching methods and techniques,it improves classroom teaching effectiveness based on enabling students to firmly grasp basic theories.The paper discusses the main technical indicators of low noise amplifiers,analyzes many key points in circuit design,and introduces ADS RF circuit simulation software for simulation and optimization of low noise amplifiers in high-frequency electronic circuit course teaching.Finally,the development of a three-level low noise amplifier is achieved.Through circuit debugging,the predetermined technical indicators are achieved,and the construction goal of high-performance,small-size and low noise amplifiers is successfully achieved.
