几种杀菌剂对小麦茎基腐病田间药效试验效果评价

摘　　要：目前,通过传统的包衣法防治小麦茎基腐病很难取得较好的防治效果,为了探索利用杀菌剂喷雾法对小麦茎基腐病的田间防治效果,本文选取噁霉灵等几种杀菌剂在小麦返青期开展了防治小麦茎基腐病的田间药效试验,结果表明:于小麦返青期茎叶喷雾施药1次,每667 m2施用40%丙硫菌唑·戊唑醇悬浮剂50 g,25%噻呋酰胺悬浮剂100 g,在小麦拔节期对小麦茎基腐病防治效果均可达到>50%;于小麦齐穗期进行调查,防效分别达到60.86%和56.78%,说明40%丙硫菌唑·戊唑醇悬浮剂、25%噻呋酰胺悬浮剂在小麦返青期防治小麦茎基腐病,具有良好的防治效果,且对小麦安全,为小麦茎基腐病防治提供了新的途径。Currently,the traditional method to control wheat Fusarium crown rot is seed coating.However,seed coating alone does not achieve satisfactory control results.To explore the control effect of fungicide spray application on wheat Fusarium crown rot in the field,field efficacy trials were carried out using several fungicides,such as hymexazol and others,applied at wheat regreening stage.The results showed that spraying 40%prothioconazole-tebuconazole SC at 50 g/mu and 25%thifluzamide SC at 100 g/mu once on the stems and leaves during regreening stage,the control effect achieved more than 50%against wheat Fusarium crown rot.At the full heading stage of wheat,the control effect reached 60.86%and 56.78%,respectively.The results showed that both 40%prothioconazole-tebuconazole SC and 25%thifluzamide SC have good control effect on wheat Fusarium crown rot.Additionally,these fungicide are safe for wheat and provide a new approach for controlling wheat Fusarium crown rot.
