摘　　要：为不断提升油田采购物资质量安全监管能力,切实围绕“全供应链精准管理”建设一流物资供应链管理体系,持续强化物资源头生产环节的质量管控,降低物资生产过程中可能存在的质量风险。物资供应处质量管控中心充分利用已有资源,结合自身优势,不断创新监管的方式方法,细化物资监造中各个环节的管控,优化远程可视化监控平台,完善物资生产各个环节的质量管控,对于加强监造物资质量管控、提升质量管理具有明显的效果。In order to continuously improve the quality and safety supervision capabilities of oilfield procurement materials,and to effectively build a first-class material supply chain management system centered on“precise management of the entire supply chain”,we will continue to strengthen quality control in the production process of materials at the source,and reduce potential quality risks in the material production process.The Quality Control Center of Material Supply Department fully utilizes existing resources,combines its own advantages,continuously innovates regulatory methods,refines the control of various links in material supervision,optimizes remote visual monitoring platforms,and improves the quality control of various links in material production.This has a significant effect on strengthening the quality control of supervised materials and improving quality management.
