摘  要:在铁路轴承产品监造过程中需要测量大量尺寸数据,且对尺寸测量精确度要求较高,传统采用轴承测量仪人工手动测量方式,人为影响因素较大且相对费时费力。针对以上问题,本文提出一种用三坐标测量仪代替传统轴承测量仪进行轴承零部件尺寸测量的方案,并对方案的可行性进行了验证,详细介绍了该方案的设计原理及分析验证过程。该方案已初步实施,有效提高了测量的精确性,确保了监造的客观性。In the process of manufacturing supervision of railway bearing products,a large number of dimensional data need to be measured,and the accuracy of dimension measurement is required to be high.Traditionally,the bearing measuring instrument is used for manual measurement,which has great human influence factors and is relatively time-consuming and laborious.In view of the above problems,a scheme of measuring the size of bearing parts with 3D-coordinate measuring instrument instead of traditional bearing measuring instrument is proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.The design principle and analysis and verification process of the scheme are introduced in detail.The scheme has been initially implemented,which effectively improves the accuracy of measurement and ensures the objectivity of manufacturing supervision.
