摘  要:塔器裙座的螺栓孔距是检验的重要环节之一,测量方法多种多样。本文介绍了一种新型测量方法——三维坐标方法。此方法通过全站仪三维扫描获得裙座螺栓孔坐标,再将坐标输入电脑得到裙座螺栓孔分布图像,孔间距可以从图中直接读取。此方法对于大型塔器而言,测量精准度高,数据更加直观,大大降低了人工测量过程中的误差,有效保证了塔器一次性安装到位。The bolt holes distance of the tower skirt is an important part of the inspection,and the measurement methods are also diverse.The paper introduces a new measurement method,namely three-coordinate method.This method obtains the coordinates of the skirt bolt holes through the three-dimensional scanning of the total station,and then inputs the coordinates into the computer to get the distribution image of the skirt bolt holes,and the distance between the holes can be read directly from the diagram.For large towers,the measurement accuracy of this method is high,the data is more intuitive,and the error in the manual measurement process is greatly reduced,which effectively ensures that the tower is installed in place at one time.
