摘 要:分析了电磁搅拌强度对高层建筑用钢内部质量、显微组织以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:使用电磁搅拌生产的连铸坯、钢板中心偏析明显改善,层状裂纹得以消除;经过400 A电磁搅拌处理,试样中心疏松程度最低,而对应的白亮带宽度最宽;强度过低(350 A)或者过高(450 A)的电磁搅拌处理对内部质量都会产生不利影响。由于中心偏析造成的异相组织分为铁素体+珠光体带状组织以及中低温贝氏体或马氏体组织,严重恶化厚规格钢板的力学性能,尤其是降低性能稳定性。The article analyzes the effect of electromagnetic stirring intensity on the internal quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of high-rise building steel.The results show that the center segregation of the continuous casting slab and steel plate is significantly improved after using electromagnetic stirring,and the laminar cracks are eliminated.The center looseness of the sample received 400 A electromagnetic stirring treatment is of the smallest degree,while the width of the corresponding white bright band is of the widest.Electromagnetic stirring treatment with lower intensity of 350 A or higher intensity of 450 A can adversely affect the internal quality.The abnormal structures caused by center segregation are classfied into ferrite+pearlite banded structure and medium,low temperature bainiteor martensite,which severely deteriorates the mechanical properties of heavy gauge steel plates,especially the stability of mechanical properties.
