摘  要:板材经过轧制和热处理后产生较大内部残余应力,直接影响板材的使役性能和加工性能,辊式矫直工艺不仅可以改善板材的平直度,还能够降低板材内部残余应力。采用曲率积分模型和数值解析方法,建立矫直过程中残余应力计算模型,并通过ABAQUS有限元分析和实验进行验证。研究结果表明:矫直过程能降低板材残余应力,且板厚方向逐渐产生折线形式的残余应力分布,理论计算、实验、模拟三者结果误差在10%以内,计算的准确性得到验证。After rolling and heat treatment,the plate produces a large internal residual stress,which directly affects the service performance and processing of the plate.The roll straightening process can not only improve the flatness of the plate,but also reduce the internal residual stress of the plate.In this paper,the curvature integral model and numerical analysis method are used to establish the calculation model of residual stress in straightening process,which is verified by ABAQUS finite element analysis and experiment.The results show that the straightening process can reduce the residual stress of the plate,and the residual stress distribution in the form of broken lines is gradually generated in the thickness direction of the plate.The error of the results of theoretical calculation,experiment and simulation is within 10%,and the accuracy of the calculation is verified.
