摘 要:为了研究毫米波频段下手机天线电磁辐射对人体头部的暴露影响,在COMSOL电磁仿真软件中分别建立了一种毫米波5G宽频带微带天线阵列和包含头皮层、颅骨层和大脑层的三层球形人头模型。针对三种不同的天线输入功率,使用国际非电离辐射防护委员会(ICNIRP)所规定的入射功率密度(S_(inc))和吸收功率密度(S_(ab))对天线的电磁暴露水平进行了剂量学仿真分析,并研究了人头模型中的温升分布情况。仿真结果表明:当天线输入功率为23 dBm时,S_(inc)值和S_(ab)值不符合ICNIRP的规定限值,表明18 dBm是毫米波天线的合适选择;三种输入功率下,25 GHz时计算得到的S_(ab)值最大,其对应的大脑层表面温升最高,达0.149℃,不会对人体头部造成热损伤;当距离从1 mm增大到30 mm时,S_(inc)值显著较小,最大减小了82.95%。To research the exposure impact of electromagnetic radiation from mobile phone antennas under the millimeter wave on the human head,a broadband millimeter wave 5G microstrip antenna array and a three-layer spherical human head model including the scalp layer,skull layer,and brain layer are established in COMSOL electromagnetic simulation software.For three different antenna input powers,the electromagnetic exposure levels of the antennas are analyzed through dosimetric simulation using the incident power density(S_(inc))and absorbed power density(S_(ab))specified by the ICNIRP,with a focus on the distribution situation of temperature rise within the head model.The simulation results indicate that when the antenna input power is 23 dBm,the S_(inc) and S_(ab) values do not meet the ICNIRP specified limits,suggesting that 18 dBm is a suitable choice for millimeter wave antennas.Among the three input powers,the S_(ab) value calculated at 25 GHz is the highest,resulting in a surface temperature rise on the brain layer of up to 0.149℃,which is below the threshold for thermal damage to the human head.As the distance increases from 1 mm to 30 mm,the S_(inc) value significantly decreases,with a maximum reduction of 82.95%.
