摘 要:对东太湖围网拆除区、阳澄湖养殖区开展抗生素及抗生素抗性基因存在状况调查,分析围网拆除对东太湖和阳澄湖水环境的影响。结果显示,围网拆除后东太湖抗生素浓度相比养殖区显著下降,4个点位浓度为0~9.70 ng/L,鱼塘浓度为53.14 ng/L。阳澄湖养殖区抗生素浓度较低(0~0.04 ng/L),但是东太湖抗性基因的存在浓度与阳澄湖养殖区浓度相近,东太湖1号点位的主要抗性基因为细胞核糖体保护基因,而东太湖4号、7号、9号、蟹塘、鱼塘和阳澄湖中南、西南的主要抗性基因为抗生素失活基因,阳澄湖东南的主要抗性基因为抗生素外排基因。In this study,the occurrence of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes in dismantled aquaculture environment of Tai Lake and aquaculture environment of Yangcheng Lake was researched.The results showed that after the seine was removed,the concentration of antibiotics in Tai Lake decreased significantly compared with that in the aquaculture area.The concentration of 4 sites was varied form 0 ng/L to 9.70 ng/L.The concentration in the fish pond was 53.14 ng/L.The antibiotic concentration in Yangcheng Lake was 0~0.04 ng/L.However,the concentration of resistance genes in Tai Lake was similar to that in Yangcheng Lake.The main resistance genes in Tai Lake 1 site were ribosome protection genes,while the main resistance genes in Tai Lake 4,7,9,crab pond,fish pond and south,southwest Yangcheng Lake were antibiotic inactivation genes,and the main resistance genes in southeast Yangcheng Lake were antibiotic expection genes.
