摘 要:在当前“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的全球能源脱碳背景下,优化工程技术并促进能源节约变得尤为重要。主要研究了风冷型多联机冷凝器附加喷雾冷却系统的复合冷却技术性能。基于数值模拟软件(Fluent)分析出复合冷却流场中喷嘴的有效作用域,匹配出最优的复合冷却模型,并通过实验验证高温外环境(>43℃)下,复合冷却技术的收益性效果。得出该技术节能效果显著,可以有效地降低多联机外机功耗,最高可下降10%;部分负荷下复合冷却系统整体的制冷性能系数EER要优于风冷型,同时大大提高制冷季节能效比(SEER),提升了7.7%;使得冷凝器的进风干球温度下降7~9℃,保证机组高温外环境工况下仍能满负荷运行。In the current global decarbonization energy background of“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”,it will become especially important to optimize engineering technology to promote energy conservation.This paper mainly studies the performance of composite cooling technology of air-cooled multi-connected outdoor unit additional spray cooling system.The effective scope of the nozzle in the composite cooling flow field is analyzed based on the numerical simulation software(FLUENT),and then the optimal composite cooling model is matched,and finally the profitability of the composite cooling technology under the high temperature external environment(>43℃)is verified by experiments.It is concluded that this technology has a significant energy-saving effect,which can effectively reduce the power consumption of multi-connection and external units,and the power consumption can be reduced by up to 10%;The overall refrigeration coefficient EER of the composite cooling system under partial load is better than that of the air-cooled type,and the energy efficiency ratio(SEER)of refrigeration season is greatly improved,which is increased by 7.7%;The inlet dry bulb temperature of the condenser drops by 7~9℃to ensure that the unit can still operate at full load under high temperature external environmental conditions.
