摘  要:随着新能源的快速发展,由于其发电易受环境等因素的影响,通常采用火电灵活性改造的方法解决。目前,蓄热储能技术在火电灵活性改造上应用较为广泛,国内外也有将蓄热储能应用在工程的案例,但是采用数值模拟的方法来研究蓄热储能技术对火电厂在冬季顶峰供热时段的经济性分析较少。以新疆某电厂在冬季供热时段运行工况为例,通过APROS软件对机组进行蓄热储能模型的搭建及数值计算,进而优化调峰需求下的机组抽汽量与发电功率。研究的储热罐容积为15000 m3,用电低谷时段,蓄热时长为8 h,机组发电功率为205 MW;用电高峰时段,放热时长为3 h,机组发电功率为304 MW。按照地区峰谷电价计算,该机组单日收益约11.1万元。为火电厂灵活性改造提供了新的思路和解决方法,既能保证机组的安全和经济性,也能促进电网调峰及稳定运行。With the rapid development of new energy,due to its power generation is easily affected by environmental factors,the flexible transformation of thermal power is usually adopted to solve the problem.At present,thermal storage technology is widely used in the flexible transformation of thermal power plants,and there are cases of thermal storage technology applied in engineering at home and abroad.However,the economic analysis of thermal storage technology on the peak heating period of thermal power plants in winter by numerical simulation is less.Taking the operating conditions of a power plant in Xinjiang during the heating period in winter as an example,the heat storage and energy storage model of the unit was built and numerical calculation was carried out by using APROS software,so as to optimize the steam extraction volume and generation power of the unit under peak load regulation requirements.The volume of the heat storage tank is 15000 m3,the heat storage time is 8 h during the off-peak period of electricity consumption,and the generating power of the unit is 205 MW.During peak hours,the heat release time is 3 h,and the generating power of the unit is 304 MW.According to the regional peak and valley electricity price calculation,the daily income of the unit is about 111,000 yuan.It provides a new idea and solution for the flexible transformation of thermal power plant,which can not only ensure the safety and economy of the unit,but also promote the peak regulation and stable operation of the power grid.
