摘  要:电梯系统集成了机械、控制与电气等多种类型的复杂设备,为保证电梯设备安全运行,有必要对安全故障风险进行有效识别。本文基于电梯加速度数据特征对常见电梯故障进行了诊断分析,为提高故障监测识别效率,选择将时域分析方法、小包波分解方法和高斯混合模型运用于不同类型的故障监测中。研究结果表明轿厢加速度特征挖掘故障特征识别方法具有较高的准确率,可以在电梯设备安全故障识别中广泛应用。The elevator system integrates many types of complex equipment such as mechanical,control and electrical,etc.In order to ensure the safe operation of elevator equipment,it is necessary to effectively identify the risk of safety failures.Based on the elevator acceleration data characteristics,the common elevator faults are diagnosed and analyzed.In order to improve the efficiency of fault monitoring and identification,the time domain analysis method,small packet wave decomposition method and Gaussian mixture model are choosed to use in different types of fault monitoring.The results of the study show that the car acceleration feature mining fault feature identification method has a high accuracy rate and can be widely used in the identification of elevator equipment safety faults.
