摘 要:针对起重机金属结构安全评估过程中存在模糊性与随机性的问题,提出基于云模型和DEMATELCRITIC的层次分级安全评估方法。以云模型为基础,采用DEMATEL和改进的CRITIC组合赋权生成可信度更高且兼顾主、客观的综合权重,计算得出各评估结构综合隶属度,确定整机金属结构的安全等级,综合评价起重机的安全状态。以某岸边集装箱桥式起重机为例,分析验证了该方法的准确性和有效性,为起重机安全评价提供新方法。In response to the issues of fuzziness and randomness in the safety assessment process of crane metal structures,a hierarchical safety assessment method based on cloud modeling and DEMATEL-CRITIC is proposed.Building upon the foundation of cloud modeling,the method utilizes DEMATEL and an improved CRITIC method for combined weighting,generating more reliable and balanced comprehensive weights that consider both subjective and objective factors.These weights are then used to calculate the overall membership degrees for each assessment structure,determining the safety level of the entire crane’s metal structure.The method provides a comprehensive evaluation of the crane’s safety status.Taking a certain quayside container gantry crane as an example,an analysis was conducted to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of this method,providing a new approach for the safety assessment of cranes.
