摘　　要：本文分析了一台刚使用一年的海盗船主吊挂轴出现超标磨损的原因。以现场出现的问题为前提,结合焊接工艺及相关标准规范的要求,从制造加工、重要零部件选型、设备维护保养等方面进行分析,指出生产单位存在的问题和不足,并提出了建议和改进措施。为有效落实特种设备安全主体责任,保证特种设备的制造质量,预防出现类似的制造质量及使用维护保养问题提供一定的参考。This article analyzes the reasons for excessive wear and tear on the main suspension shaft of a pirate ship that has just been in use for a year.Based on the on-site problems,combined with the requirements of welding technology and relevant standards and specifications,an analysis is conducted from the aspects of manufacturing and processing,important component selection,equipment maintenance,etc.,pointing out the problems and shortcomings of the production unit,and proposing suggestions and improvement measures.This provides experience and reference value for effectively implementing the main responsibility for the safety of special equipment,ensuring the manufacturing quality of special equipment,and preventing similar manufacturing quality and maintenance issues.
