摘 要:针对悬挂过山车吊架出现焊缝裂纹的问题,通过动应力测试、疲劳寿命计算及冲击加速度测试等手段对吊架焊缝裂纹进行了失效分析,得出吊架是由于高于设计值74.05%的+Z向冲击加速度而产生了高于设计值81.91%的正应力,吊架焊缝在较大正应力幅的交变载荷作用下产生了疲劳裂纹。据此进行了结构改进,并通过疲劳寿命计算证明了结构改进后吊架承受的正应力比之前降低41.20%,预测疲劳寿命为20年6个月,说明失效分析及结构改进起到了良好作用。In response to the problem of weld cracks on hanger frame of the suspension roller coaster,the failure mechanism of weld cracks on hanger frame was analyzed through dynamic stress test,fatigue life calculation,impact acceleration test and other means.It was found that the hanger frame was subjected to a normal stress of 81.91%higher than the design value due to the+Z direction impact acceleration of 74.05%higher than the design value.The weld cracks on hanger frame has developed fatigue cracks under alternating loads with a large amplitude of normal stress.Based on this,structural improvements were made and fatigue life calculations were conducted to prove that the normal stress of the hanger after the structural improvement was reduced by 41.20%compared to before,and the predicted fatigue life was 20 years and 6 months.The above indicates that the failure analysis and structural improvement measures have played a good role.
