摘  要:循环流化床锅炉发生风帽脱落和风帽套管断裂等情况,容易导致风室漏渣和停炉事故等,对锅炉的整体运行造成一定影响。本文对风帽的多工况工作过程进行了数值模拟,详细分析了风帽脱落和风帽套管断裂的原因。数值模拟结果表明,风帽安装方法、一次风压力和炉膛压力对风帽受力有显著影响。研究结果为风帽选取和风帽安装等实践提供一定的参考。The hood falling off and the hood duct fracture of the circulating fluidized bed boiler are easy to lead to air chamber slag leakage and furnace shutdown accident,causing a certain impact on the overall operation of the boiler.This paper simulates the working process of the hood and analyzes the causes of the hood falling off and the hood duct fracture in detail.The numerical simulation results show that the cap installation method,primary wind pressure and furnace pressure significantly influence the cap force.The results provide some reference for the practice of hood selection and hood installation.
