摘  要:通过对重庆市中心城区内的餐饮店铺的空间位置和人均消费等相关信息进行收集,结合路网密度、POI活力指数,从个人体验、品牌效应、消费指数、便利程度、活力指数、大众点评、香农指标(餐饮店铺的丰富度和均匀度进行评价分析)等7个一级指标,14个二级指标,多维度构建了重庆市餐饮业综合评价指标体系,利用餐饮业综合评价指标体系对重庆市中心城区内餐饮业的空间形态进行聚类分析,深入研究分析了重庆市中心城区餐饮业的空间分布模式。This article collects relevant information on the spatial location and per capita consumption of restaurants in the central urban area of Chongqing,combined with road network density and POI index.Seven primary indicators and fourteen secondary indicators are evaluated and analyzed,including personal experience,brand effect,consumption index,convenience level,vitality index,public review,and Shannon index(the richness and evenness of restaurants),a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system for the restaurants in Chongqing was constructed,and the spatial form of the restaurants in the central urban area of Chongqing was cluster analyzed using the comprehensive evaluation index system.The spatial distribution pattern of the restaurants in the central urban area of Chongqing was deeply studied and analyzed.
