摘　　要：本文采用案例研究方法,通过扎根理论对戴庄合作社的绿色创业过程进行深入研究,探讨了农民合作社在资源和环境双重约束下绿色创业决策过程的各个阶段及其演化的影响因素、内在机理和跃迁条件。研究表明,合作社绿色创业决策由“个体探索群体效仿组织规范”三个阶段构成;在三个阶段演化过程中,“触发效应、学习效应和适应效应”发挥着重要的作用;塑造成功典型、促进互动交流的方式可以促进绿色创业由个体探索向群体效仿的跃迁;通过组织规范的内部方式和构建联盟的外部方式协同提升“三重”创业绩效,可以实现由群体效仿到共同行动的跃迁。本文主要贡献在于构建了一个多层次互动的动态绿色创业决策模型,更系统地诠释了合作社绿色创业决策形成的内在过程与实现阶段跃迁的理论黑箱,丰富了农民合作社绿色创业决策过程研究。Using a case study method,this paper conducts an in-depth study of the green entrepreneurship process of Daizhuang Cooperative through grounded theory,and explores the various stages of the green entrepreneurship decision-making process of farmers’cooperatives under the dual constraints of resources and environment,as well as the influencing factors,internal mechanisms,and transition conditions of their evolution.Research shows that cooperative green entrepreneurship decision-making consists of three stages:“individual exploration,group imitation,and organizational norms”.In the three stage evolution process,“trigger effect,learning effect,and adaptation effect”play an important role.Creating successful models and promoting interactive communication can promote the transition of green entrepreneurship from individual exploration to group imitation.By synergistically improving“triple”entrepreneurial performance through standardized internal ways of organizations and external ways of building alliances,a leap from group imitation to joint action can be achieved.The main contribution lies in the construction of a multi-level interactive dynamic green entrepreneurship decision-making model,which more systematically interprets the internal process of the formation of green entrepreneurship decision-making in cooperatives and the theoretical black box for achieving stage transitions,enriching the research on the green entrepreneurship decision-making process of farmers’cooperatives.
