复方α酮酸片联合黄葵胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者肾纤维化及微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究复方α酮酸片联合黄葵胶囊对糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)患者肾纤维化及微炎症状态的影响。方法:于2022年6月至2023年6月间,筛选出本院收治的70名糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机将患者均分为对照组与联合组各35例,治疗8 w。对照组以复方α酮酸片治疗,联合组以复方α酮酸片联合黄葵胶囊治疗。比较对照组与联合组治疗8 w前后临床疗效,肾纤维化指标,微炎症状态指标,血糖控制指标,以及不良反应。结果:联合组临床疗效明显优对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肾纤维化指标、微炎症指标和血糖控制指标均有降低,且联合组指标降低均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论:复方α酮酸片与黄葵胶囊联合治疗糖尿病肾病可减缓肾纤维化进度以及改善微炎症状态的作用。Objective:To study the effect of compoundαketoacid tablet combined with Huangkui capsule on renal fibrosis and micro inflammation in patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,70 patients with diabetes nephropathy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group with 35 patients in each group.The control group received compound therapyαKetone acid tablets,while combination group were treated with compoundαKetone acid tablets combined with Huangkui capsules.The clinical efficacy,renal fibrosis indicators,microinflammatory status indicators,blood sugar indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the combination group and the control group before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the combination group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of renal fibrosis indicators,microinflammatory status indicators and blood sugar indicators in two groups decreased,and the combined group had better indicators than the control group(P<0.05);No serious adverse reactions were observed during the 8-week course of treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of Compoundαketoacid tablet and Huangkui capsule could slow down the progress of renal fibrosis,and improve the state of microinflammation in patients with diabetes nephropathy.
