摘 要:本征自修复水性聚氨酯涂层因其独特的自我修复能力和环境友好性,对提高涂层的耐用性和降低维护成本具有重大意义,是当前涂层技术研究的前沿领域。概述了本征自修复水性聚氨酯的研究进展,分析其合成策略、性能特点以及在不同领域的应用潜力。本征自修复水性聚氨酯自修复机制主要基于动态共价键和动态非共价键,不同键能和特性的动态共价键可以赋予水性聚氨酯不同程度的自修复能力,不同的动态非共价键也存在各自的优点和局限性。尽管在合成工艺、成本效益和长期稳定性方面仍面临挑战,但通过不断地研究和创新,本征自修复水性聚氨酯有望在未来的材料科学和工业应用中发挥更大的作用。Because of its unique self-healing ability and environmental friendliness,the intrinsic self-healing waterborne polyurethane coating is of great significance to improve the durability of the coating and reduce the maintenance cost,and is the frontier field of current coating technology research.In this paper,the research progress of intrinsic self-healing waterborne polyurethane was reviewed,and its synthesis strategy,performance characteristics and application potential in different fields were analyzed.The self-healing mechanism of intrinsic self-healing waterborne polyurethane is mainly based on dynamic covalent and non-covalent bonds.Covalent bonds with different bond energies and characteristics can give waterborne polyurethane different degrees of self-healing ability.Different dynamic non-covalent bonds also have their own advantages and limitations.Although there are still challenges in the synthesis process,cost-effectiveness and long-term stability,intrinsic self-healing waterborne polyurethane is expected to play a greater role in future material science and industrial applications through continuous research and innovation.
