摘 要:深化文旅融合发展是大运河文化带和国家文化公园建设的重点任务,优化和创新遗产资源的旅游利用则是关键突破口。基于此,文章以中国大运河江浙段沿线13座城市为研究区域,以2010—2023年的政策文本为主要数据源,运用路径依赖理论和修正后的“起点-动力”假说,系统探究了大运河遗产旅游利用的演化路径与机制。研究发现:1)旅游利用路径体系由基于“文旅融合特点-遗产特点-地方特点”3个维度构成,与学术研究中的“旅游化-遗产化-全球地方化”形成逻辑共鸣;2)旅游利用路径的演进逻辑存在明显异质性,且在演化方向上出现了路径分异,表现为高赋存城市进入了路径创造,低赋存城市更易陷入路径依赖,但其中的绍兴和湖州实现了路径创造;3)演化机制上,遗产赋存构成了旅游利用的“起点”因素,城河空间关系、文旅融合发展能力、政府支持和市场需求是“动力”因素,申遗成功是外部冲击。“起点”对路径分异具有核心作用,并通过与“动力”的互补效应使得高赋存城市更有可能进入路径创造。“动力”具有能动性,不同“动力”间的互补效应和协同效应强化了高赋存城市的路径延续,并解释了低赋存城市实现路径创造的原因。申遗成功事件则通过调节作用促进了旅游利用的路径创造。Deepening the integration of cultural and tourism development constitutes a primary objective of the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt and National Cultural Park,with a critical focus on optimizing and innovating the tourism utilization of heritage resources.This paper concentrates on the 13 cities along the Jiangsu-Zhejiang section of the Grand Canal,primarily drawing from policy texts spanning 2010 to 2023 as the principal data source.Through employing path dependence theory and corrected hypothesis of“origin-dynamics”,the study takes an evolutionary perspective to systematically explore the paths and mechanism of heritage tourism utilization along the Grand Canal.The study reveals the following:1)the tourism utilization path system is composed of 3 dimensions based on“cultural tourism integration characteristics-heritage characteristics-local characteristics”,which logically resonates with the“touristification-heritagization-glocalization”in tourism research.2)The evolution logic of tourism utilization paths exhibits significant heterogeneity,and path differentiation emerges in the direction of evolution.High-endowed cities enter the path of creation,while lowendowed cities are more prone to path dependence.Notably,low-endowed cities like Shaoxing and Huzhou have also achieved path creation.3)Regarding evolutionary mechanism,heritage endowment constitutes the“origin”factor of tourism utilization.Factors like city-river spatial relationships,ability of cultural and tourism integration development,government support,and market demand act as“dynamics”factors.The successful application for the World Heritage represents an external impact.Furthermore,the“origin”plays a core role in path differentiation,and through its complementary effect with the“dynamics”factors,high-endowed cities are more likely to enter path creation.The complementary and synergistic effects among different“dynamics”factors strengthen the continuity of paths for high-endowed cities as well as elucida
