摘　　要：国家文化数字化战略为档案产业化发展提供了契机。通过对中国内地地区档案产业化发展历程的回溯,总结以往档案产业化发展的重点与困境,以我国台湾地区数位典藏产业发展为实验案例,分析其产业发展中的政策要素、规范要素、市场要素及技术要素,为新时代档案产业化发展提供启示:借力政策,发挥基石作用;产业规范,推动产业运行;奠基市场,整合营销推广;技术支撑,搭建共享平台。The national cultural digitization strategy provides an opportunity for the development of archives industrialization.By sorting out the development process of archives industrialization in China,summarizing the key points and shortcomings of the development of archives industrialization in the past,taking the development of digital archives industry in Taiwan District as an experimental case,this paper analyzes the policy elements,normative elements,market elements and technical elements of its industrial development,and provides enlightenment for the development of archives industrialization in the new era:Use policies to play a cornerstone role;Standardize the industry and promote its operation;Lay a foundation for the market and integrate marketing promotion;Technical support to build a sharing platform.
