梅花鹿同期发情定时输精时生殖激素水平与受胎的关系

摘　　要：生殖激素是由下丘脑、垂体、性腺和胎盘产生,是与生殖功能有直接调节关系的激素。为研究梅花鹿同期发情定时输精时生殖激素水平对受胎及怀胎数的影响,选取40头梅花鹿,使用阴道栓塞法使其同期发情,取栓后58 h定时输精,在定时输精后,检测血清中生殖激素水平和受胎情况及怀胎数,并进行比较分析。结果表明:在空怀组、单胎组和双胎组血清中促卵泡激素(FSH),雌二醇(E2),促黄体生成素(LH)和泌乳素(PRL)无显著性差异(P>0.05);孕酮(P)变化明显,空怀组与受胎组有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究结果得出,血清中孕酮水平对梅花鹿妊娠及受胎情况有一定影响。探索梅花鹿同期发情定时输精时生殖激素水平对受胎及怀胎数的影响,进一步确定了影响梅花鹿受胎及怀胎数的生殖激素,并为其提供数据支持。Reproductive hormones are hormones produced by the hypothalamus,pituitary gland,gonads and placenta,which are directly related to reproductive functions.In order to explore the effects of reproductive hormone levels on the number of conceptions and fetuses in timed insemination during the same period of estrus in sika deer,40 sika deer were selected for this experiment and put into estrus at the same period of time by using vaginal suppository,and were inseminated at the same time of 58 h after the suppository was taken,and then the levels of reproductive hormones in the serum were detected and analyzed in the number of conceptions and fetuses in the serum after the timed insemination for comparative analysis.The results of the test showed that there were no significant differences in FSH,E2,LH and PRL in the serum of the nulliparous,singleton and twins groups(P>0.05);the P changes were significant,and there was a highly significant difference between the nulliparous group and the conception group(P<0.01).The results of the study concluded that serum P levels have an effect on pregnancy and conception in sika deer.The aim of this study was to explore the effects of reproductive hormone levels on the number of conceptions and pregnancies during timed insemination in the same period of estrus in sika deer,and to further identify the reproductive hormones that affect the number of conceptions and pregnancies in sika deer and to provide data to support them.
