摘  要:随着个体年龄的增长,皮肤衰老难以避免。干细胞具备自我更新和分化成多种类型细胞的潜力,具有抗皮肤衰老功能,与其相关的研究与应用成为当前热点之一。鹿茸干细胞作为驱动鹿茸快速生长的主要参与者,因其细胞干性保持、细胞增殖和组织器官修复等方面性能突出,在抗皮肤衰老研究中更具优势,已有众多研究成果。对皮肤衰老因素、干细胞(尤其是鹿茸干细胞)用于抗皮肤抗衰老的研究进展及应用前景进行了综述,旨在为干细胞抗衰老的机制研究和市场应用提供理论依据。With the advancement of individual age,the senescence of the skin is an inescapable phenomenon.Stem cells possess the potential for self-renewal and the capacity to differentiate into a multitude of cell types,endowing them with the capability to combat skin aging.Its related research and applications has become one of the current focal points.Antler-derived stem cells,as the primary contributors to the rapid growth of antlers,exhibit superior performance in maintaining stemness,cell proliferation,and tissue organ repair,thereby offering a distinct advantage in the study of antiskin aging.Numerous research outcomes have been achieved in this area.This review summarizes the factors contributing to skin aging and the research progress and application prospects of stem cells,particularly antler-derived stem cells for anti-skin aging.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the mechanistic studies of stem cell-based anti-aging and their market applications.
