摘 要:针对某型产品在测试时陀螺转子系统转速降超差,分析了陀螺转子系统修理流程,对主轴承的结构、清洗效果、所用润滑油进行了检测与分析,并研究了注油量对陀螺转速的影响,得出陀螺转子系统转速降超差原因为主轴承润滑环境变差,使得陀螺转子主轴承摩擦力矩增大。在修理中,通过控制陀螺转子主轴承清洗剂洁净度、清洗时间以及主轴承注油量、除油量,解决了陀螺转子系统转速降超差故障。In response to the excessive speed drop of the gyroscope rotor system during testing of a certain type of product,the repair process of the gyroscope rotor system was analyzed.The structure of the main bearing,cleaning effect,and lubricating oil used were tested and analyzed,and the effect of oil injection on the gyroscope speed was studied.It was found that the main reason for the excessive speed drop of the gyroscope rotor system was the deterioration of the bearing lubrication environment,which increased the friction torque of the gyroscope rotor main bearing.In the repair process,by controlling the cleanliness and cleaning time of the cleaning agent for the main bearing of the gyroscope rotor,as well as the amount of oil injected and removed from the main bearing,the problem of excessive speed drop in the gyroscope rotor system was solved.
