摘  要:探讨了各种抗应力松弛处理技术的原理及作用。对压缩弹簧强压处理后自由高度偏小的问题进行了分析和处理。开展了热强压处理工艺研究及对抗应力松弛性能的影响分析。分析了钢丝的组织性能与抗应力松弛能力的关系,通过热处理工艺优化可提高钢丝的性能及弹簧抗应力松弛的能力。The principles and functions of various anti-stress relaxation techniques are discussed.The problem that the free height of compression spring is too small after compressive treatment is analyzed and dealt with.The thermal compression process and its influence on anti-stress relaxation performance were studied.The relationship between the microstructure properties of steel wire and the anti-stress relaxation ability is analyzed.The heat treatment process optimization can improve the properties of steel wire and the anti-stress relaxation ability of spring.
