摘  要:H1710是石家庄市农林科学研究院育成的高抗、广适、高配合力优良骨干玉米自交系。该自交系以黄改系Z1(来源于昌7-2×Lx9801×5237小群体)为基础,同含有热带种质的T12(来源于掖478×178二环系)杂交后回交,再经多代自交选育而成。经田间表型精准鉴定评价及56K SNP芯片分析,结果表明,H1710具有遗传基础丰富、熟期中晚、高抗倒伏、花期耐高温、高抗茎腐、叶色浓绿、花粉量充足及高配合力等优点。确立以“X系×H1710”为主的杂交组配模式,利用该骨干自交系育成和通过审定玉米杂交种8个。该自交系于2019年获得植物新品种权,已在国内多家育种单位和河北省玉米种业创新团队中共享并得到广泛应用。The elite maize inbred line H1710,characterized by high resistance,wide adaptability and high combining ability was bred by the Shijiazhuang Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.The inbred line was bred using Z1(derived from the Chang7-2×Lx9801×5237 subpopulation)as the base,and then backcrossed with T12(selected from Ye478×178),which contained tropical germplasm.Field phenotypic identification and 56K SNP chip analysis showed that H1710 had advantages such as rich genetic basis,mid to late maturity,high resistance to lodging,high-temperature resistance during anthesis,high resistance to stem rot,strong green leaf color,sufficient pollen content,and high combining ability.The establishment of the dominant hybrid pattern of“X lines×H1710”resulted in the selection and approval of eight maize hybrids.In 2019,H1710 was granted plant variety rights and has since been widely shared and utilized by numerous breeding institutions and the maize innovation team of Hebei Province.
