摘 要:利用PD80和PHJ65组配的包含310个家系的重组自交系群体为材料,结合在3个单环境条件下的雄穗分枝数表型值和最佳线性无偏预测值,经完备区间作图法在包含8384个SNP标记的连锁图谱上共检测到11个QTLs,分别位于1、2、4、5、7、8染色体上,LOD值为4.99~11.42,表型贡献率为4.62%~11.80%。在2个以上单环境和BLUP值下重复检测到5个QTLs(qTBN1.1、qTBN2.1、qTBN4、qTBN5、qTBN7)。其中,qTBN1.1、qTBN5表型贡献率大于10%,属于稳定的主效QTLs,物理区间分别位于第1染色体303.01~304.87 Mb(B73_RefGen_v4_genomic)、第5染色体168.16~170.97 Mb。基于生物信息学分析及基因功能注释在2个主效QTL位点筛选出19个高表达的候选基因。Unlocking the QTL loci to control the tassel branch number of maize is of great significance for maize variety improvement.In this study,310 recombinant inbred lines(RIL)populations derived from the cross between PD80 and PHJ65 were used.The QTL for TBN were mapped using inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM)based on a genetic map composed of 8384 SNP markers.Based on ICIM,a total of 11 QTLS were detected using phenotypic data in three single environments and best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP),which were distributed on chromosomes 1,2,4,5,7 and 8,with the LOD score ranged from 4.99-11.42,and a phenotypic variation contribution rate of 4.62%-11.80%.Five QTLs(qTBN1.1,qTBN2.1,qTBN4,qTBN5,qTBN7)were detected repeatedly under more than two single environments and BLUP values.Among them,qTBN1.1 and qTBN5 had phenotypic contributions greater than 10%and were stable main effect QTLs with physical intervals located at 303.01-304.87 Mb(B73_RefGen_v4_genomic)on chromosome 1 and 168.16-170.97 Mb on chromosome 5.Furthermore,based on bioinformatics analysis and gene function annotation,19 candidate genes with high expression were selected from two major QTL sites.
