摘 要:光谱分析仪是光通信测量领域的重要仪器。为了能考查国产化替代光谱分析仪的稳定性,同时能为广大用户选购光谱分析仪提供指引,为国产光谱仪的改进提供建设性的数据支撑及建议,文章选取两款国内最新型号的光谱分析仪作为样品,设计实验分别对其光波长示值误差、光功率示值误差及非线性、动态范围及最小分辨力带宽进行测试,观察时间大于3个月,同时选取AQ6370D作为对照实验组。实验结果表明,目前国产化替代光谱分析仪已经具有与国外先进光谱仪接近的性能,在基础的应用场合能实现替代,在稳定性以及极限测量条件下的性能尚有提升空间。Optical spectrum analyzer is an important instrument in the field of optical communication measurement.In order to find out the stability of the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer,provide guidance for the majority of users to choose a optical spectrum analyzer,and provide constructive data support and suggestions for the improvement of the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer,this article selects two latest models of localization substitution optical spectrum analyzers as samples.Experiments were designed to test the optical wavelength indication error,optical power indication error and nonlinearity,dynamic range and minimum resolution bandwidth,and the observation time was more than 3 months.Meanwhile,AQ6370D was selected as the control experimental group.The experimental results show that at present,the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer has the performance close to the foreign advanced spectrum analyzer,and can be replaced in the basic application,and the performance under the stability and limit measurement conditions still has room to improve.
