摘 要:耐高温柔性陶瓷绝缘电磁线是指在600℃高温环境下正常运行一定时间的,以陶瓷等无机物为主要绝缘层的电磁线。耐高温电磁线广泛应用于传感器中,传输模拟信号、产生感应电势脉冲进行温度误差分析及补偿。归纳了耐高温陶瓷绝缘电磁线的发展现状,分别对耐高温陶瓷绝缘电磁线芯线、绝缘层和制备工艺及公司发展现状等进行介绍,分析了耐高温陶瓷绝缘电磁线面临的问题并展望其前景,以期为制备高品质耐高温柔性陶瓷绝缘电磁线提供参考。The high temperature resistance and flexibility ceramic insulated electromagnetic wire refers to the electromagnetic wire with ceramic material as the main insulating layer that operates normally under the high temperature environment of 600℃ for a certain period of time.High temperature resistant electromagnetic wires are widely used in sensors to transmit analog signals and generate induced potential pulses for temperature error analysis and compensation.The development status of high temperature resistant ceramic insulated wire is summarized,and the core electromagnetic wire,insulating layer and preparation process of high temperature resistant ceramic insulated electromagnetic wire and the company's development status are introduced respectively.It provides a reference for the preparation of high-quality hightemperature resistant ceramic insulated electromagnetic wires.
