摘  要:静态质量法水流量标准装置的工作衡器,即电子天平,在称量水的质量时,必须进行空气浮力修正,这在液体流量标准装置的检定规程中做了明确要求。实际应用中,标准装置水的密度通常由查表法得到,并没有在线实时测量,这与实际用水的密度值有一定的误差。并且,质量法水流量标准装置提供的标准值为质量流量,在检定速度式、容积式流量计时,需要换算为体积流量进行比较,这时水密度值的准确性就更加重要。根据误差原理,空气浮力修正公式以及质量流量与体积流量的换算等,得到水密度值的误差对被检流量计示值误差的修正系数,能够直观地得到被检流量计示值误差的修正值,让流量计检定更加准确。The working scale of the static mass method water flow standard device,namely the electronic balance,must undergo air buoyancy correction when weighing the mass of water,which is clearly required in the verification regulations of the liquid flow standard device.In practical applications,the density of standard device water is usually obtained by the lookup table method,and there is no online realtime measurement,which has a certain error with the density value of actual water use.Moreover,the standard value provided by the quality method water flow standard device is the mass flow rate.When calibrating speed type and volume type flow meters,it is necessary to convert them into volumetric flow rate for comparison.At this time,the accuracy of water density values is even more important.According to the principle of error,the correction of air buoyancy and the conversion of mass flow rate and volume flow rate are publicized,and the correction coefficient of the error of water density value on the indication error of the tested flow meter is obtained.This can intuitively obtain the correction value of the indication error of the tested flow meter,making the calibration of the flow meter more accurate.
