摘 要:对液化天然气(LNG)船泵塔结构进行建模和强度分析,提升LNG船结构的安全性。构建由弹簧单元组连接泵塔主体结构与底部基座区域的“船体-泵塔”组合模型,分析液舱内液体晃荡时历运动、液体惯性力、超低温载荷的特征及计算和加载方式,提出多载荷联合作用下的LNG船泵塔结构强度分析方法。以一艘LNG实船为例,采用该方法计算得到泵塔结构的变形和应力,在此基础上分析弹簧单元数量、刚性系数和材料初始参考温度等关键参数对计算结果的敏感性。研究结果表明:提出的多载荷联合作用下的泵塔结构建模与强度分析方法符合《钢质海船入级规范》关于LNG船章节的细化实施方案和实船应用要求,采用该方法所得结果可供LNG船泵塔结构设计和校核参考。The structure design of the connection between pump tower and the hull of liquefied natural gas(LNG)carrier is complex and the bearing mode is special.Studying the structural modeling and strength analysis of the ship's pump tower is of great significance in enhancing the safety of LNG carrier.A combined model of the hull and pump tower which incorporates spring units connecting the main structure and the base foundation of pump tower is presented,analyzes the characteristic and calculation method of the liquid sloshing motion,the inertia force,the ultra-low temperature loads in the LNG tank,and proposes the structural strength analysis method of LNG pump tower under the combined action of multiple loads.Taking a real LNG carrier as an example,the deformation and stress of the pump tower structure are calculated and obtained.On this basis,the sensitivity of key parameters such as the number of spring units,the rigidity coefficient and the initial reference temperature of the material is analyzed.The results demonstrate that the modeling and strength analysis method under the combined action of multiple loads can be well applied to the detailed implementation of the LNG carrier chapter in China classification society(CCS)rules and is applicable to practical vessel scenarios,and can provide references for the structure design and assessment of pump tower in LNG carrier.
