摘 要:阐述了全纤维材料炉衬的热工计算及各层材料厚度确定,分析了纤维材料衬体损坏的主要原因与材料选用,介绍了全纤维材料衬体炉顶的基本安装结构,并对存在的问题进行分析,提出了新的安装结构。最后,对全纤维材料炉衬炉顶在大型轧钢加热炉上的应用效果做了实例分析。The thermal calculation of all-fiber material furnace lining and the determination of the thickness of each layer of material were elaborated.The main causes of damage to the fiber material lining and the material selection were analyzed.The basic installation structure of all-fiber material lining furnace top was introduced,the existing problems were analyzed,and a new installation structure of fiber furnace top was proposed.Finally,an example analysis was conducted on the application effect of all-fiber material lining furnace top in a large steel rolling heating furnace.
