摘  要:对某集团回转窑焚烧渣蜡不同工况下的结焦情况进行研究,结合马弗炉焚烧渣蜡小试试验,识别回转窑温度、氧含量和物料填充率等结焦影响因子。结果表明:氧含量低于3%是渣蜡焚烧过程结焦的直接原因,回转窑温度和物料填充率是渣蜡焚烧过程结焦问题的关键影响因素。基于此开展工程验证,提出了减轻或者避免回转窑焚烧渣蜡的工艺参数控制和操作建议。The coking situation of slag and wax incineration in a certain group's rotary kiln was researched under different working conditions.Combined with small-scale experiments of slag and wax incineration in muffle furnace,the coking influencing factors such as rotary kiln temperature,oxygen content,and material filling rate were identified.It was found that oxygen content below 3% was the direct cause of coking in the slag and wax incineration process,and the temperature of the rotary kiln and material filling rate were the key influencing factors of coking in the slag and wax incineration process.Based on this,the engineering verification was carried out,and process parameter control and operational suggestions were proposed to reduce or avoid the incineration of slag and wax in rotary kilns.
