近代奉粤之间的海上贸易——以太古航运牛庄—汕头贸易线为例

摘　　要：近代奉粤贸易,以牛庄—汕头间的豆饼、白糖贸易最具特色。奉省丰富的大豆、豆饼资源作为甘蔗肥料,通过太古航运运至岭南,即所谓北豆南运。货轮送达汕头港后,再将岭南丰富的白糖及其他生产、生活物品,运送至以牛庄为贸易核心的奉省和东北其他地区,即所谓南糖北运。一南一北的奉粤贸易,加强了奉粤两省间的经济、文化与物质交流。In modern Feng⁃Yue trade,the trade of soybean cakes and white sugar between Niuzhuang and Shantou was the most distinctive.The abundant soybean and soybean cake resources in Feng Province as sugarcane fertilizer were transported to Lingnan through Swire shipping,which was known as the northern beans transported to the south.After the freighters arrived at Shantou Port,they transported the abundant white sugar and other production and living goods from Lingnan to Feng Province and other regions in Northeast China with Niuzhuang as the core of trade,which was known as the southern sugar transported to the north.In the trade between the south and the north,economic exchanges between the two provinces of Feng and Yue were enhanced.
