摘 要:为了探究圆形喷嘴射流冲击平面的特性,旨在通过提高微孔隙、低渗透率煤层的渗透性,优化水力冲孔效果,通过数值仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics,建立圆形喷嘴冲击平面的三维模型进行仿真,聚焦于喷嘴射流在不同倾斜角度、射流速度和喷嘴直径条件下对平面的冲击效果。结果显示,无论倾斜角度如何变化,射流到达平面的速度表现为先增后减再增最后减的变化趋势,压力值则随倾斜角度增大而先增后减。在不同射流速度下,冲击平面的速度分布相似,以最小速度点为圆心,沿半径方向速度快速增至峰值后逐渐减小。喷嘴直径的增大导致到达平面的最大压力值增大,而射流速度呈现复杂变化趋势。In order to explore the characteristics of circular nozzle jet impact flat surface,the aim is to improve the permeability of micro pores and low permeability coal seams,optimize the hydraulic punching effect,a 3D model of circular nozzle impact flat surface is established through numerical simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics for simulation.The focus is on the impact effect of nozzle jet on the flat surface under conditions of different inclination angles,jet velocity,and nozzle diameter.The results show that regardless of how the inclination angle changes,the velocity of the jet reaching the flat surface shows a variation trend of first increasing and then decreasing,then increasing and finally decreasing.The pressure value increases first and then decreases with the increase of inclination angle.Under different jet velocities,the velocity distribution of impact flat surface is similar,with the minimum velocity point as the center,and the velocity rapidly increases to the peak along the radius direction before gradually decreasing.The increase in nozzle diameter leads to an increase in the maximum pressure value reaching the flat surface,while the jet velocity shows a complex trend of variation.
