摘 要:以滕州东大矿业存在煤厚变异情况的工作面为研究背景,以数值模拟、公式计算、现场观测等研究方法,分析煤厚变异区开采后上覆岩层运动规律与“三带”发育特征,研究煤层开采后“三带”的发育高度,最终确定7202工作面“三带”高度。通过现场实测得到垮落带高度为28.4m,断裂带高度为84.5m,利用“三下”经验公式计算可得,其误差分别为23.3%、4.7%;通过数值模拟得到的结果,误差分别为9.2%、10.2%。研究结果表明,利用数值模拟方法可有效预测煤厚变异区的“三带”高度,可为相似条件下煤厚变异区安全开采评价提供参考。Taking the working face of Tengzhou Dongda Mining Industry that has the coal thickness variation situation as the research background,numerical simulation,formula calculation,on-site testing and other research methods are used to analyze the movement law of the overlying rock strata and the development characteristics of the"three zones"after mining in the coal thickness variation area.The development height of the"three zones"after coal seam mining is studied,and the"three zones"height of the 7202 working face is finally determined.Through on-site measurements,it is obtained that the height of the collapse zone is 28.4 m and the height of the fault zone is 84.5 m.Using the"three down"empirical formula,it is calculated that the errors are 23.3%and 4.7%,respectively;The results obtained through numerical simulation have errors of 9.2%and 10.2%,respectively.The research results indicate that the use of numerical simulation method can effectively predict the height of the"three zones"in the coal thickness variation area,which can provide reference for the safe mining evaluation of coal thickness variation areas under similar conditions.
