摘　　要：目的:调查湖南省中医养生保健服务机构现状,为相关部门制定中医养生保健服务机构评价体系提供参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样的调查方法,对湖南省长沙市、岳阳市等10个地市的235家中医养生保健机构现状进行问卷调查。结果:235家中医养生保健服务机构中,有139家机构评级为合格及以上。98台中医保健辅助设备等级为优秀、良好、合格、不合格的数量分别为16台(16.3%)、27台(27.6%)、32台(32.7%)、23台(23.5%),其中设备风险和设备管理的评分较低。结论:湖南省中医养生保健服务机构总体水平较高,但仍存在结构不合理、设备使用及管理不规范等问题。因此,建议相关部门加强行业监管,在提升准入门槛的同时加大监管力度;经营者要转变经营理念,宣传中医养生保健知识,注重产学研成果转换。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)health care service institutions in Hunan Province,and to provide data support for the sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine health care service industry.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 235 TCM health care institutions in 10 cities of Hunan Province by random sampling method.RESULTS Among 235 TCM health care service institutions,139 institutions were rated as qualified or above.The number of 98 TCM health care AIDS rated as excellent,good,qualified and unqualified was 16(16.3%),27(27.6%),32(32.7%)and 23(23.5%),respectively,among which the scores of equipment risk and equipment management were low.CONCLUSION The overall level of TCM health care service institutions in Hunan Province is relatively high,but there are still problems such as unreasonable structure,non-standard equipment use and management.Therefore,it is recommended that relevant departments strengthen industry supervision and strengthen supervision while raising the entry threshold.Operators should change their business philosophy,publicize the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health care,and pay attention to the transformation of production,university and research results.
