基于文献计量学的疾病感知研究现状与热点分析

摘　　要：目的:应用文献计量学方法分析国内外疾病感知领域的研究现状及热点,为以后的研究提供参考。方法:选取PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、万方数据库、SinoMed和CNKI数据库,采用数据库检索与手动检索相结合的方式进行文献检索,采用SATI软件、VOS viewer软件分析疾病感知的研究时间分布、发文国家、机构、作者、期刊来源、学科及关键词等,检索时间为从建库至2023年9月。结果:共检索到有关疾病感知的中英文文献954篇,近年来国内外疾病感知相关研究总体呈上升趋势,英国是发表疾病感知相关文献最多的国家。发表量最多的作者来自荷兰莱顿大学,中文文献发表量较多的作者均来自高校及附属医院。英国《Journal of Psychosomatic Research》杂志是疾病感知领域发表量最多的杂志(27篇)。英文文献的研究领域主要集中在精神心理学;中文文献则主要集中在护理学领域。国内外疾病感知相关研究关注的问题主要为疾病感知相关变量与问卷、疾病类型以及健康结局等3个类别。结论:当前国内外疾病感知的研究文献数量呈现整体增长趋势,但国内的核心作者及学术交流合作尚有不足之处,提示我们需要更加关注核心作者团队的科研成果,加强国内外的学术交流合作。OBJECTIVE To apply bibliometric methods to analyse the current status and hotspots of research in the field of illness perception at China and abroad,and to provide a reference for future research.METHODS PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Wanfang database,SinoMed and CNKI database were selected for literature search by combining database search and manual search.SATI software and VOS viewer software were used to analyse the distribution of publication time,issuing countries,institutions,authors,journal sources,distribution,discipline distribution and keywords of illness perception.distribution,discipline distribution and keyword distribution.The search time was from beginning to September 2023.RESULTS A total of 954 Chinese and English literatures on illness perception were retrieved.In recent years,the overall trend of illness perception related research in China and abroad had been on the rise,and the United Kingdom was the country with the largest number of published illness perception related literatures.The author with the most publications was from Leiden University in the Netherlands,and the authors with more publications in Chinese literature were from universities or affiliated hospitals.Journal of Psychosomatic Research in the UK was the most published journal in the field of illness perception(27 articles).The research areas of the English literature mainly focus on psychosomatic psychology,public health and oncology,while the Chinese literature mainly focuses on nursing,psychology and cardiovascular system diseases.Issues of interest in domestic and international research related to illness perception can be broadly classified into three categories:variables and questionnaires related to disease perception,types of diseases,and health-related outcomes.CONCLUSION The present number of research literature on disease perception domestically and internationally shows an overall growth trend,but the core authors and academic exchange and cooperation in China are still insufficient,which suggests that it needs t
